Dalgakiran DVK high-pressure compressors are designed to ensure the operation of enterprises requiring large quantities of high-pressure compressed air.
Most often, booster compressors are used in tandem with screw compressors. In some cases, the prepared compressed air can be supplied from the company’s pneumatic network. The screw compressor delivers compressed air with a pressure of 7 bar to the booster, where it is pressurized to the desired pressure level. For the DBK series, this can be a pressure of up to 40 bar. These are multi-stage reciprocating compressors made primarily of cast steel parts, which enables them to operate at high pressures. Since a powerful engine is used and the air compression process itself causes the equipment to heat up, all DBK series compressors are equipped with an active cooling system.
The scope of application of booster compressors
Production (blow molding) of PET containers;
Production of polymer pipes;
Abrasive blasting (sandblasting);
Starting large diesel engines (ship propulsion systems);
Pressurization – testing the tightness of equipment, for example, bench testing of finished products in production;
These compressors can also be used for pneumatic equipment at machine-building enterprises (presses, vices).
