This device is characterized by a low noise level. Under all operating conditions, the ROBOX screw operates with a noise level below 70 dB. Air-blowing vacuum device with overpressure (up to 2500 mbar).

The noise reduction function is provided by the integrated muffler and noise-absorbing hood.

Standard Roboxscrew screw blowers with the following functional features:

High compression efficiency ensures low noise levels, which, in combination with mufflers and a noise-absorbing casing, ensures that ROBOXscrew operates with noise levels below <70 dB(A) under all operating conditions.

• Maximum energy efficiency

The innovative and unique Robuschi rotor profile optimizes the power-to-pressure ratio by maximizing internal compression performance. This maximizes the efficiency of each RSW screw unit.

The RSW screw block characteristics provide high efficiency (> 75%) in a wide range of screw block speeds (from 100% to 25%), thus reducing energy consumption in any operating condition by maintaining high efficiency when operating with a frequency converter.

Moreover, energy savings are further enhanced by the use of motors with the premium efficiency class EFF1 and the new IE3 certified motors.

• Monitoring of parameters

ROBOXscrew units are equipped with SENTINEL 2 monitoring panels: The new panel is a complete development of Robuschi, using their design solution.

• Compactness

The innovative design of the RSW screw unit allows the ROBOXscrew blower to be very compact, which fits very well with the ever-increasing demand for rental space, which often leads to a reduction in compressor room space.

In addition, the ROBOXscrew units feature front access for maintenance, allowing several blower units to be installed side by side. In this case, no additional space is required for the operation and maintenance of the compressors in the future.

• Easy installation and maintenance

Simple installation thanks to easy transportation with a forklift or crane beam and easy connection to the electrical system (rear accessory panel).

• Easy installation and maintenance

Easy to service the unit from the front:

• It is easy and quick to check the oil level;
• easy oil change;
• Easy and quick replacement of the air and oil filter (oil cooling lubrication system);
• easy adjustment of oil pressure;
• easy replacement of the drive belt.

• units for creating a vacuum;
• oil spray system for use in light duty applications;

Robuschi has developed an advanced continuous monitoring system (as an alternative to the SENTINEL2 as standard) that ensures maximum efficiency and reliability of the ROBOX screw.

It can be configured with an LCD display and/or have remote connection via Modbus, Profibus, GSM, as well as the possibility of comprehensive control of compressor parameters and, if available, control of the frequency converter.

With its advanced features, SENTINELPRO detects and displays the following parameters in real time:

• Suction, discharge and oil pressure;
• Outlet air temperature and oil temperature;
• Compressor rotation speed and direction;
• Service indicators Compressor fault indicators.
• The presence of starting valves to reduce power consumption, starting currents and load during the start-up phase of the motor.
• The presence of gas/liquid or gas/air heat exchangers for cooling the compressed gas before it enters the system or for pressure recovery.
• Electrical control panel for different types of motor start (star/delta, soft start, frequency converter).
