Blower, RBS series

The basis for the ROBOX Evolution blowers is the RBS compressor unit. It consists of two three-blade rotors placed in a special housing, as shown in the figure.

Blower rotors are manufactured on special robotic equipment, also directly at the Robuschi plant.

VERSIONS OF THE RBS COMPRESSOR UNIT:

Below is the decoding of the designations used by Robuschi when labeling RBS compressor units.

The performance of the blower:

R – cooling blower

RN – Blower with nickel alloy coating and luminaire

RC – Blower with a synthetic compound coating

TMC – single mechanical seal

TL – lip seal

TMD – double mechanical seal

Blower versions:

F – flanged blower

H – horizontal direction of the blower gas flow

V – vertical direction of the blower gas flow

SP – footless blower

Fl – reverse direction of the blower gas flow

SD – shaft on the right

SS – shaft from above

Blower certificates:

Category II-III explosion protection of the blower is available on request.
