Bauer PE-VE Series Compressors (94 – 420 bar) for Air and Nitrogen

The high-pressure compressors of the PE-VE series combine modern design, robust construction and the latest Bauer technology. They are designed for compressing air or nitrogen in the pressure range of 90 – 420 bar in industrial facilities and can be supplied as boosters. Technological components and a wide range of functions allow the units to solve a wide range of tasks in the compression of gas-air mixture.

The high-pressure units are mounted on “floating” pistons made of wear-resistant plastic that is virtually impervious to temperature. All units are equipped with energy-efficient three-phase motors of class IE3 as standard, and the use of a V-belt drive does not require tensioning and maintenance.

The air cooling system of the PE-VE series high-barrel compressors draws air directly from the environment using a fan integrated into the flywheel, and the wide cooling fins effectively dissipate heat even with large volumes of compressed gas/air mixture.

The compressor units of the series are equipped with the B-CONTROL MICRO system for intelligent control of operating parameters and monitoring of key functions. All information is shown on a color display, and thanks to the B-APP function, you can monitor the equipment using a smartphone or tablet. The B-CONTROL MICRO system automatically monitors key compressor parameters and shuts down the compressor if they fall outside the permissible operating ranges.
