Bauer’s I Series air-cooled high-bar reciprocating compressors are designed to compress air and nitrogen in the pressure range of 90 – 500 bar. Thanks to the advanced design and the use of modern technologies in the field of workflow management, the manufacturer has managed to achieve efficient operation of the I series compressors under increased loads without significantly increasing energy consumption.

MINI-VERTICUS & VERTICUS (85 – 610 l/min)

The MINI-VERTICUS & VERTICUS (85 – 610 l/min) are the new generation of Bauer compressors that combine ergonomic design, high-quality components and state-of-the-art technology. As a result, they have excellent ergonomics, are easy to maintain and efficient in all operating conditions.

All controls, including the digital display, are conveniently located and offer maximum flexibility for adjusting the compressor system’s operating parameters. The B-CONTROL MICRO system helps to control and manage gas-air compression tasks. It automatically monitors and adjusts the operation of the equipment and can be linked to the B-APP app for remote control via smartphone or tablet.

One of the features of the unit is a 40% larger condensate collector volume and the B-DRAIN system for automatic liquid drainage.

E Series compressors with large-size units K 22 – K 28 (800 – 3500 l/min)

The K 22 – K 28 compressor units (800 – 3500 l/min) can be used in production facilities as stationary units or mounted on vehicles for mobile use. Thanks to their horizontal design, reinforced construction, shock absorbers and Super Silent noise-absorbing cladding, they have a low level of operating noise and vibrations that are unacceptable in some industries.

One of the features of the compressors with high-pressure units K 22 – K 28 is a V-belt drive, which allows you to adjust the speed depending on the requirements for compressed air supply, regardless of the type of engine and network frequency. The compressor unit is equipped with additional and intermediate coolers, and the service life of the bearings exceeds 30,000 hours of continuous operation.
