Bauer G Series Compressors (90 – 350 bar) for Helium and Inert Gases

The G series high-pressure compressors are designed for compressing inert gases and helium in the pressure range of 90 – 350 bar. They have been tested for gas tightness in real conditions and are supplied complete and ready for operation. The units of the series incorporate the latest Bauer design, technical and software solutions, as well as a wide range of options and functions that allow the compressors to be used to solve a wide variety of tasks related to the use of compressed gas mixtures.

The high-bar compressors of the MINI-VERTICUS model range (capacity 70 – 420 l/min) are designed for operation in confined spaces with high performance requirements in industries of any kind that require continuous generation of a compressed gas mixture. High efficiency with low power consumption is achieved through a modern compressor unit with cylinders processed by surface honing and plasma nitriding. This provides them with ultra-high surface strength, which prevents gas mixture leaks and pressure drops.

G series with large-size compressor units K 22 – K 28

The K 22 – K 28 range (580 – 1800 l/min) is designed for stationary or mobile use. The units are stable due to their low horizontal design with shock absorbers that minimize vibrations and further reduce noise levels. The compressors are equipped with:

• external storage cylinders;
• V-belt drive;
• inlet pressure reduction device;
• additional and intermediate air cooling units.

The low speed and optimal distribution of the compressor stages ensure optimum compression performance for inert gases.
