Bauer E Series Compressors (64 – 100 bar) for Air and Nitrogen

Bauer’s E series air-cooled multistage compressors are used for compressing air or nitrogen in the pressure range 64 – 100 bar. They combine efficiency and reliability, offering a wide range of functions and options for monitoring and adjusting most operating parameters automatically, as well as unique technical solutions that ensure functionality in harsh environments.

BAUER MINI-VERTICUS (170 – 215 l/min)

The E MINI-VERTICUS series compressors (170 – 215 l/min) are super compact units designed specifically for continuous operation in work areas with limited free space and high performance requirements. They are equipped with compressor units with high-strength cylinders that provide economical operation with high performance. Features of MINI-VERTICUS compressors (170 – 215 l/min):

• Super Silent sound-absorbing lining;
• B-DRAIN condensate drainage system;
• B-CONTROL MICRO system for automatic control of operating parameters;
• B-APP application for remote control via smartphone.

The compressors are characterized by an ergonomic design and compact size that simplifies installation and maintenance.

BAUER E-Series with large-size units K 22 – K 28 (850 – 3300 l/min)

E series horizontal compressor stations with large-sized units K 22 – K 28 (capacity 850 – 3300 l/min) are reliable units for solving a wide range of tasks for compressed air supply at industrial facilities, both in stationary and mobile versions. Optional equipment of the unit:

• B-CONTROL compressor control system;
• Super Silent sound-absorbing lining;
• intermediate pressure sensor;
• external storage cylinders;
• inlet pressure reducing device;
• air intake.

A special feature of the series compressors is a low horizontal frame with anti-vibration supports and shock absorbers. This ensures the stability of the unit and reduces operating noise. The air-cooled compressor unit is additionally equipped with an intercooler, a pressure lubrication system and an oil-water separator. The declared service life of the compressor unit bearings is more than 30,000 hours.
