The B series compressors are units with a pressure range of 30 to 68 bar, designed for compressing air and nitrogen. The latest Bauer technology ensures high performance, while high-quality components and precision assembly ensure a long service life.

BAUER MINI-VERTICUS (215 l/min)

The MINI VERTICUS compact medium-pressure compressor station (up to 215 l/min) belongs to a new generation of stationary units. It is equipped with the B-CONTROL MICRO automatic control system, which ensures precise supply and compression of the gas-air mixture. The vertical design is complemented by a robust frame with vibration dampers and Super Silent cladding, which guarantees quiet operation.
The MINI VERTICUS station (215 l/min) is also equipped:

• Micronic filtration system;
• intermediate/final coolers and oil and condensate separators;
• safety valves and pressure maintenance valves;
• automatic condensate drainage system.

The cylinders of the unit have high surface hardness due to unique processing methods, which minimizes the impact of air pressure-friction, reduces energy consumption and guarantees a long service life of the compressor unit.

The large-size compressor units K 22 – K 28 (capacity 670 – 6800 l/min) are reliable and powerful units designed for industrial applications and constant high loads.
The BAUER compressors with K 22 – K 28 units have a low horizontal design with a high-strength frame with shock absorbers that minimizes vibration and provides good stability. They are equipped with the B-CONTROL MICRO control unit, which simplifies operation and allows you to set the parameter sets to be used depending on the compressed air supply requirements.
