Vinnytsia broiler, a chick of Nasha Ryaba
Two years ago, Ukraine’s largest producer of chicken meat, Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), whose main brand is Nasha Ryaba, announced its intention to significantly increase its capacity. The company planned to implement its plans within the Vinnytsia project. Oleksandr Tsependa, an analyst at Troika Dialog Ukraine, said that the Vinnytsia Broiler, the main part of the project, will build a new poultry farm to produce chicken meat, hatching eggs, sunflower processing and grain storage. Participation in such a large-scale project certainly attracted Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine.
The Vinnytsia Broiler project is ambitious and large-scale: the greenfield complex consists of 24 sites with 38 chicken houses, each with a capacity of 60,000 chickens. One site will be home to 2 million 280 thousand broilers at a time. The broiler life cycle is 45 days, and each site will have to be cleaned of 3,000 tons of chicken manure. To solve the problem of waste treatment and transportation, modern poultry farms widely use modular deep biological treatment plants, one of the components of which is a pumping and compressing equipment unit. Our proposal for this task was two Tidy 20B screw compressors, which work in conjunction with refrigerated dehumidifiers MR0 360. The compressed air is used to operate pneumatic valves and to power air lift filters.
The use of compressed air in an incubator complex is more similar to the use of compressors in logistics warehouses. The energy of the air flow is used on pneumatic conveyors and in vaccination equipment. Tidy 30 screw compressors are used here. They are equipped with ND-004 cold regeneration adsorption dehumidifiers. The Vinnytsia Broiler poultry farm also uses Inversys 75D and 50D compressors and hot and cold regeneration air dryers. The compressor equipment is used to transport bulk food mixtures for chickens and as an energy carrier in the fully automated slaughterhouse.
