Participation in the International Conference UkrCemFor 2019

On May 28-29, 2019, Dalgakiran specialists took part in the VIII International Conference “UkrCemFor 2019 Cement Industry. Best practices. Development prospects”. UkrCemFor is the largest event in Ukraine in the cement industry, which is held once every two years, bringing together more than 300 participants representing both Ukrainian and foreign enterprises and organizations.

On the first day of the forum, as part of the panel discussion “Energy Efficiency and Ecology. Alternative Fuels”, our specialist made a presentation on “Energy saving in compressed air systems and reduction of operating costs in its production”. The speaker told the forum participants about the successful experience of introducing energy-efficient centrifugal compressors at cement enterprises, as well as ways to reduce energy consumption in compressed air systems in general. On the example of PJSC Mykolaivcement, a member of the international CRH group, he described the two-stage implementation of a project to replace outdated K-250 centrifugal compressors with modern turbochargers.
