Reforms Company: Master repair and recovery stations are our contribution to victory

Under the program of military and technical assistance to Ukraine, the U.S. Department of State financed the supply of ten Master mobile repair and evacuation stations assembled on the chassis of an Iveco Trakker truck to the Ukrainian security forces. The price of one station reaches 240 thousand dollars, but it is worth it. After all, each such station is capable of providing medium repairs to military equipment that has failed, and in serious cases, it allows evacuating equipment to a collection point for damaged vehicles. Naturally, in terms of survivability, these systems are not intended for use on the battlefield, but they allow for the repair of equipment in the field and its quick return to service.

The tender for the manufacture, completion and delivery of the Masters, held by the US authorities, was won by the Czech company Pulsar Expo, which in turn engaged the well-known Ukrainian company REFORM as a subcontractor. “REFORM is currently one of the best specialized companies in Ukraine with extensive experience in designing and manufacturing specialized (including armored) vehicles. The Americans always carefully consider the issue of attracting partners, so the very fact that REFORM is involved in the program speaks volumes about its reputation.

In addition to booking collection and private cars, REFORM has long been cooperating with law enforcement agencies and emergency services of Ukraine, producing mobile workshops for medium-sized equipment repair and maintenance, which, due to various circumstances, cannot be delivered to a service center. The high quality of REFORM mobile workshops is guaranteed by the use of components from global brands, solid work experience of the staff and the implementation of a quality management system certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.

Today, REFORM has production workshops with an area of more than 2000 m2 and a large staff of employees who undergo annual training abroad. The high quality of workmanship allows the company to provide a two-year warranty for its vehicles without mileage restrictions.

Created in a short time (under the terms of the contract, 5-6 weeks were allotted for equipment installation), the Master repair and evacuation complexes have no analogues in the post-Soviet space and are close to NATO standards in terms of their characteristics. In addition to repairing and evacuating damaged equipment, Master stations can be used as small electrical and compressor stations.

To this end, 10 sets of DALGAKIRAN DJ 22 CP diesel generators and DALGAKIRAN DKC 300 reciprocating compressors were installed on them as part of the program.

The diesel generators provided by DALGAKIRAN COMPRESSOR UKRAINE are installed in all-weather noise-insulating hoods, which significantly reduce the noise level during operation. Along with better working conditions for the personnel, the muffled operation of the diesel generator does not disguise the repair station, which is an important factor in real combat operations.

During the field tests at the Chaika racetrack near Kyiv, the Master repair and recovery stations earned the highest marks from the customer.
