Stephen Young appointed Chairman of the Board and member of the Board of Directors of Dalgakıran Group

To further strengthen our efforts to become a leading player in the machine building industry and to further achieve our ambitious goals, we are proud to announce that we are strengthening our senior management team and welcome Stephen Young as Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Dalgakıran Group.

After a successful 25-year career at Bosch Group, Stephen Young, one of the world’s leading managers, has decided to continue his career at Dalgakiran Group and has already started working. We welcome Stephen to the leadership of our team!

Stephen Young was born on April 14, 1964 in Australia. He began his professional career in 1988 at the age of 24 as a special projects engineer for the German multinational Mannesmann Demag in Sydney, Australia, after receiving his engineering degree from the University of Wollongong. In 1995, Stephen moved to Turkey while already serving as CEO of Mannesmann Rexroth. After the merger of Bosch and Rexroth, he became President of the combined company in Turkey and the Middle East, continuing in this position until July 2021.

Stephen Young is married and has two sons. He speaks English, Turkish and German. His professional life is built on such qualities as entrepreneurial approach, operational excellence and leadership.
