Invitation to the exhibition agro 2014

AGRO has gained a reputation as one of the most prestigious agricultural exhibitions in Ukraine. Demonstrating positive annual growth dynamics, this landmark event attracts numerous domestic and foreign participants involved in agriculture, food processing, fisheries and agricultural engineering. Last year, the 35,000 square meters of exhibition space hosted stands of about 1,500 exhibitors from 14 countries.

AGRO-2014 traditionally hosts nine specialized exhibitions, including ExpoAgroTech 2014 – IV Specialized Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Spare Parts, which enjoys well-deserved popularity. This exhibition will showcase irrigation equipment, agricultural mechanization equipment, equipment for food processing, livestock, poultry and feed production.

Dalgakiran will present at its booth a new series of diesel generators for the Ukrainian market – DALGAKIRAN under the name Cooper and a self-priming centrifugal pump of the world-famous GORMAN-RUPP brand Super T series in mobile design.

DALGAKIRAN Cooper series diesel power plants are characterized by high performance parameters and unique equipment for their price range. Diesel engines for this series were developed jointly with the British design bureau Ricardo, using the most advanced design solutions and technologies. Electronic engine management and the CRDi fuel supply system provided 30% fuel savings compared to similar units on the market. To date, Dalgakiran Cooper series power plants are among the few available in Ukraine that can start up and operate stably at high ambient temperatures (up to +50 ° C) due to the “tropical” design of the radiator, and at frosts below -30 ° C. The latter is achieved by using a unique package for the Ukrainian market, which includes, in addition to standard coolant heating, glow plugs, an air heater on the turbine suction nozzle, an alternator winding heater, and Varta batteries.

It is important to note that DALGAKIRAN Cooper series power plants are characterized by very high quality and stable output current. They guarantee high accuracy of frequency and output voltage (fluctuations of ± 0.5%), which allows using our power plants to ensure the operation of electronics sensitive to voltage fluctuations.

Among other advantages, our power plants have excellent noise insulation. They are on a par with the world’s most renowned manufacturers in terms of operating comfort. Even at maximum load, the noise level of our generators does not exceed 75 dB at a distance of 1 m.

When developing this series of power plants, our designers took into account the unstable quality of local fuels and lubricants, so they used reliable Fleetguard filter elements and provided a fuel separator.

As a result, we managed to create a high-quality, economical and easy-to-operate power plant at an affordable price.

The second, no less interesting exhibit that our company will present at the exhibition will be a self-priming centrifugal pump of the Super T series, created by the world-famous GORMAN-RUPP company.

The “Super T” pump series has been designed specifically for reliable, economical pumping of large volumes of heavily contaminated liquids containing significant amounts of solids up to 76 mm in size.

It is worth emphasizing that the pump design allows for guaranteed self-priming when starting a dry, unfilled system, without requiring a check valve in the inlet line.

The Super T pumps are extremely user-friendly. A large, easy-to-remove cover in the front of the casing provides convenient access to the pump’s working chamber for clogging removal or maintenance. The two-blade semi-open impeller reliably pumps sludge and large solids. For repair or replacement, all moving parts can be disconnected as a single unit without disassembling the pump casing and disconnecting the pipeline, which greatly facilitates the maintenance process and reduces the downtime of the unit. The casing design also allows for quick and easy external inspection of the bearing assembly.

Today, the Super T series weighted centrifugal pumps are the best choice for designing waste water pumping systems at food processing plants, wineries, agricultural enterprises and livestock farms, as well as for the construction or modernization of sewage facilities. At our booth, you will be able to see a mobile version of the pumping unit. Together with a drive internal combustion engine, it is mounted on a lightweight but sturdy single-axle wheeled chassis. This version implies autonomous operation away from power sources, which significantly expands the scope of the pumping station, while ensuring its easy and efficient movement. This form factor allows the pumping station based on the Super T series pump to be widely used in construction and emergency operations.
