Equipment for processing animal and vegetable waste
Waste recycling is important not only for environmental safety but also for increasing production efficiency by obtaining an additional source of thermal energy and by-products for use in various applications. The unique drying plant allows processing any waste of organic origin and producing an odorless, dry mass similar to compost. It can be used as fertilizer, livestock feed, or as a combustible material.
Description of the processing technology
The technology for processing organic waste in the drying plant is based on the dry extrusion method, using active friction as the main source of heating. The technology involves heat treatment, sterilization and mechanical sorting of raw materials. The first stage of the process is the homogenization of the waste, after which it is subjected to heat treatment in autoclaves, where two physical factors act: temperature and pressure. During the thermal process, odors and pathogens are removed from the raw materials, after which the sterilized waste is subjected to mechanical sorting.
Universal industrial plants for the processing of organic waste have a robust design that allows them to be used in harsh environments with full load and long continuous operation cycles. Intensive forced air circulation ensures high temperature uniformity in the heating chamber, and a precise control system allows for thermal processes with high requirements for the quality of the final product.
