Crushers, shredders, pulverizers, equipment for recycling of polymeric materials

Efficient production of plastic products is impossible without recycling of polymeric materials. A range of equipment is used to prepare polymeric materials for recycling and reuse:

• crushers – crush plastic waste into fractions ranging in size from 5 to 20 mm, depending on production needs;
• shredders – shred thick-walled massive waste;
• Pulverizers – grind PVC products and other waste into powder;
• Centrifuges – dry most of the shredded plastic waste;
• flotation baths – separate crushed polyolefins from other waste;
• screw seals – remove moisture from the processed material by pressure or temperature increase;
• compactors – used to agglomerate waste plastic products;
• extruders – form semi-finished or finished products by pressing plasticized material and giving it a finished shape.

Granulators and shredders can be used in every production line, such as injection molding machine, blow molding machine, extrusion machine, recycling line. In addition, granulators can be used to shred chips, cable, EPS, PET bottles, PP/PE film, PVC/PP/PE pipes.
