Another blood donation by DALGAKIRAN employees

Last year, employees of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine donated more than 10 liters of blood. This time, seven company specialists visited the Kyiv City Blood Center, two of whom became donors for the first time.

“It’s nice to know that by donating blood regularly, we not only help seriously ill people, but also take care of our own health. After all, regular donations significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and the blood test that is performed immediately before each donation gives an understanding that the body is in good health,” said Andriy Prokopchuk, Head of Rent.

Yulia Reznikova, Chief Accountant of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine, agrees with Andriy and adds: “After every visit to the Kyiv City Blood Center, I get a pleasant feeling of helping the society. And perhaps this will be the last straw that will save someone’s life!”

“I became a blood donor for the first time in my life. It was a spontaneous decision, and I was worried that I wouldn’t “pass” in terms of some parameters, be it height, weight or something else. But in the end, together with my colleagues, I donated the required 450 ml of blood and feel great! ” – Anastasia Rudneva, accountant.

In turn, Dalgakiran encourages the useful initiative of its employees by providing them with proper sick leave on the day of blood donation and an additional day off that can be used throughout the year.
