A fishy place for a blower
Breeding rainbow trout is not an easy process. The fish is very capricious, found only in clean waters, and there is no better environmental indicator than it. First, you need to keep the eggs in tanks with clean water for 25 days, then move them to cages with running water and carefully monitor that all the fry leave the hatchery. The young fish need constant care and constant sorting. Otherwise, the larger fish will eat the babies. By the age of 8 months, trout grows up to 20 cm and will no longer be so demanding to care for. Although it takes 2 more years for the fish to grow to adult size.
To reduce natural losses during the rearing stage of trout fry, proper feed and high oxygen saturation of water – about 9-12 mg/l – are necessary. If the first condition affects the growth rate of fry, then the optimal oxygen saturation of water affects the viability and development rate of the entire population. Under natural conditions, aeration is provided by flow turbulence. In artificial reservoirs, blowers with a high degree of air purification are used for this purpose. ROBUSCHI blowers, which are supplied to Ukraine by Dalgakiran, were the best suited for these tasks.
An integrated approach to the supply of equipment, a permanent after-sales service and the high quality of Dalgakiran blowers influenced the choice of the Zaporizhzhia farmers. Now, at the trout farm, our equipment blows about 530 m3 of air into the water every hour. By the way, any trout bought in a supermarket in the eastern regions of the country is most likely grown on this farm.
The prospects for the development of trout farming, and thus the demand for high reliability blower equipment in Ukraine, are very encouraging. And experts note that the demand for trout in
