Reliable cooling in the production of food packaging

Since 1997, Odesa-based AITEX has been manufacturing and selling high-quality plastic and aluminum food packaging, and has been cooperating with Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine since 2011 in the supply and maintenance of compressor equipment.

To ensure the technological process of the new production line, Dalgakiran supplied an industrial chiller Dalgakiran with a water-cooled condenser with a capacity (cooling capacity) of 160 kW; a cooling tower MKT-50 with a capacity of up to 50 m3 of cooled water per hour and a pump TD80-22/2 with a capacity of 48 m3/hour at a head of 20 m. During the production process of plastic containers, a large amount of heat is generated that needs to be utilized. This is why the equipment was supplied.

Currently, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC and AITEX are working on a project to recover heat energy from the DALGAKIRAN DVK 100 compressor, and in the near future, to expand the partner’s compressor fleet.
