ER.IC Falling Film Chiller

The ER.IC film coolers are designed to precisely control the temperature on the surface of a plastic film extruder. The series includes 6 models capable of providing film production capacity from 100 to 450 kilograms per hour. The use of ER.IC is able to increase line productivity and improve the quality of the products.

Design features

• Microprocessor control – provides precise control of air and water inlet and outlet temperatures. This ensures that the set temperature parameters are maintained at the same level – without loss of productivity, regardless of the ambient temperature. Ensuring the right film surface temperature throughout the entire production cycle ensures better product quality.
• This compact equipment will not cause any problems with the lack of space in the production room. For example, the most powerful model in the line, the ER.IC 6 film extruder cooler, has a height of 825 mm with a length of 1310 mm and a width of 800 mm.
• The film coolers are equipped with a separator and an air filter. The air filter is manufactured using Hyper-Fiber technology. It is based on a double-sided filter made of non-woven material and uses a PVC eliminator. The filter and separator screen out droplets, dust and other particles, ensuring the equipment’s serviceability. Since the filters are replaceable, they are easy to clean or replace.
• The epoxy coating of the heat exchanger coils prevents metal corrosion from water condensation and helps to drain it from the unit.
