Water-cooled heat pumps Emicon PWE Ka/Kc with scroll compressors and with 1 and 2 cooling circuits are used in domestic, commercial and industrial facilities. This equipment is ideal for use in small and medium-sized air conditioning systems.
Design features
The main feature of the units of this series is their compact size, which allows them to be installed in rooms with a shortage of space. Despite their small size, heat pumps have good power, performance and high functionality.
As standard, the structure is mounted on a steel profile frame. Additionally, a sound-absorbing casing can be installed to reduce noise and vibrations during operation.
Thanks to its special design, the high-capacity scroll compressor is characterized by low noise levels. To further reduce vibration, it is mounted on special rubber feet. As an additional option, crankcase heating is available, which allows the unit to operate at low temperatures.
The evaporator and condenser of Emicon heat pumps of the PWE Ka/Kc series are made of AISI 316 steel. This material, as well as the special design and finned tubes, ensures maximum thermal conductivity with compact dimensions. The circuit is perfectly sealed – to avoid possible refrigerant leaks – and has additional thermal insulation.
The unit is configured and controlled through a microprocessor installed on the front panel of the device. Indicators and sensors allow real-time monitoring of system operating parameters and adjusting them if necessary.
