Dalgakiran G WS Series Cyclone Separators

Dalgakiran G WS series cyclone separators are designed to remove bulk liquid water and other particles from compressed air. The separator works on the principle of moisture separation by centrifugal force (centrifugation). This allows for the removal of contaminants from the air with very low pressure loss, which allows for less energy to be used to balance the overall system pressure level during this process.

The G WS series of water separators offers units with pipe sizes from 1/4″ to 3″ NPT and a capacity of up to 2200^m3/h.

• To increase the filtration efficiency of the entire compressed air system and remove the last traces of oil, water and other particles in the compressed air, additional equipment is required, as the condensate filtration efficiency of the separator is reduced by the presence of other air impurities.
• Automatic drainage valves are standard on the G-Series water separators.
• All separator housings are coated with electrostatic powder paint.
