Cooling towers are used in cooling and ventilation systems. Cooling occurs through heat transfer in countercurrent contact between water and air. Cooling is provided by radial fans located on both sides of the cooling tower, which operate without noise and vibration.

Body

It is made of galvanized steel sheet to avoid corrosion.

Openings for transportation

The holes made of NPU profile are designed to lift and move the device.

Radial fan

The radial fans, located symmetrically to the cooling tower inlet, are made of galvanized steel. The fans are driven by an electric motor via a belt drive and operate without noise or vibration.

Electric motor

It operates on a 380 V industrial power supply with a frequency of 50 Hz and transmits torque to the fans.

Operating hatch

A see-through hatch allows you to monitor the position of the float and the condition of the inner surface of the hull.

Plastic filler

The specially shaped plastic filler is made of non-combustible material to increase the contact surface of water and air moving in the opposite direction.

Droplet eliminator (eliminator)

Made of plastic, the specially shaped eliminator prevents water from leaving the cooling tower.

Water outlet fitting with filter

The perforated steel filter is mounted with a water outlet connection to the consumer.

Water inlet fitting with spray nozzle

The special design of the sprayer allows water to be distributed onto the filler grid.

Float

Mounted in the lower part of the casing to prevent water overflow from the cooling tower.

Rated performance at ^35°Cwater inlet temperature, ^30°Cwater outlet temperature and ^25°Cwet thermometer temperature.
