The Cummins C1000 D5 and C1100 D5 generator models with 30.5-liter QTS30 series diesel engines are designed to supply power to enterprises, factory workshops, commercial buildings and structures. The power of the units is 833-888 kW, 1041-1110 kVA.

The use of Cummins diesel generators is defined by the international standard ISO8528. According to this standard, this equipment belongs to the G1 application class, i.e. the main consumers are simple electrical systems (lighting, etc.), for which only the basic indicators of the generated current – frequency and voltage – are important.
Structural elements
The main components of Cummins industrial diesel generator sets:
4-stroke, 12-cylinder, direct injection, turbocharged and air-cooled engine. Starting voltage – 24V (from the battery), standard dry air filters with replaceable elements and fuel and oil filters with moisture separators. Operating fuel consumption is up to 224 l/h;
typical Cummins alternator with 2/3 pitch stator windings, rotor on a single support bearing, with a flexible disk coupling;
liquid-radiator cooling, coolant capacity – 220 liters, total heat transfer – 28,500 BTU/min (approximately 97 kW);
control panel – PowerCommand version 3.3 with LCD screen.
