Components of compact air conditioners DALGAKIRAN

1). Body and coating. It is made by connecting frame parts with a special aluminum profile. The air conditioner cover is made of sheet steel painted with a special waterproof paint to protect it from external influences. The inner surface is insulated from heat and noise.

2). Compressor. Hermetic or semi-hermetic. Supply voltage 3f/400V/50Hz.

3). Capacitor. Depending on the application, it can be equipped with an air or water condenser.

• Air condenser. Made of copper pipes covered with aluminum fins. The copper pipes are expanded by a special method to ensure high heat transfer efficiency of the aluminum fins. Axial fans are installed in the air condensers to circulate the air.
• Water capacitor. It is produced in a casing and tube design. Inside the casing are copper pipes rolled into pipe grids. For installations with a water-cooled condenser, a pump and cooling tower must be installed to cool the water.

4). Air cooler. The air cooler is made of copper tubes covered with aluminum fins and is optimally sized for maximum heat transfer. As the air cools, water vapor condenses on the evaporator surface.

5). Heating section. It is made of copper pipes covered with aluminum fins and can be installed as desired. Hot water or steam can be used to heat the air. If water and steam are not available, an electric heater can be installed.

6). Radial fans. The fans are manufactured in Europe and special bearings ensure low noise levels. The fans provide the necessary pressure to overcome losses in the evaporator, heater, filter and air duct. The fans are connected to the electric motor by a belt drive and can be rotated in the other direction depending on the needs.

7). Suction grille and filter. The filter is made of special materials to ensure maximum air purification. If the filter is dirty, it can be washed with detergent or cleaned with a pressurized air jet. A new filter should be installed every 3-4 months.

8). Air emission. If partial air exchange is required in an air-conditioned room, the air conditioner can be equipped with an air outlet connection. A filter is installed on this connection.

9). Components of the refrigeration circuit. The refrigeration circuit includes: filter-dryer, sight glass, TRV, solenoid valve, safety valves, room thermostat.

10). Connecting a capacitor. Water/refrigerant connection on the condenser. The water condenser inlet/outlet should be connected to the cooling tower. For an air-cooled condenser air conditioner, the copper pipes coming out of the indoor unit should be connected to the air condenser.

11). Electric control panel. The electrical panel installed in the air conditioner provides fully automatic operation of the air conditioner. The electrical panel is equipped with the required number of contactors, fuses, switches, and warning lights.

12). Control panel. The control panel has a switch that turns the air conditioner on/off. With the help of signal lamps installed on the panel, you can monitor the operating parameters of the unit and malfunctions that have occurred in the system.

13). Air distribution box. It is installed if the air conditioner is not connected to air ducts. A special grille is built into the air conditioner for distributed air supply to the room.
