Autonomous power supply and lighting at Leopolis Jazz Fest

At the end of 2018, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine significantly expanded its fleet of rental equipment, which allowed not only to conclude mutually beneficial contracts with large customers, but also brought victory in many tenders, one of which was to provide autonomous power supply to the Leopolis Jazz Fest festival.

Leopolis Jazz Fest is an international jazz festival held annually in Lviv in June. The Guardian rating lists it as one of the best European jazz festivals.

The first Leopolis Jazz Fest was successfully held in 2011. It is held in the open-air format, and concerts are held with the participation of more than a hundred musicians on three stages in Lviv. Leopolis Jazz Fest annually gathers more than 100,000 spectators, and all events are covered by the media with the help of two hundred officially accredited journalists.

Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine is proud to be the technical partner of the Festival, and thanks to the tender won, on June 26-30, 2019, it will also be entrusted with the responsible mission of ensuring uninterrupted power supply to all consumers of Leopolis Jazz Fest. For this purpose, 8 diesel generators with a total capacity of 2.2 mVA will be used, and to ensure maximum reliability, the Main Stage will be powered by a group of generators operating in synchronization mode. Dozens of switchboards and more than 5 kilometers of cable lines will be used for switching and connecting the end user. In addition, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine provides Leopolis Jazz Fest with lighting towers that will be installed at the Stadium picnic area, which will accommodate about 10,000 guests, food courts, and entertainment areas for children.
