Heat recovery options for even greater savings:
- A large amount of heat is generated in the compressor during air compression
- A large amount of heat is utilised via a suitable oil-water heat exchanger installed at the outlet of the compressor’s oil sump. The hot water obtained through heat recovery can be used in many areas of your business.
- By channelling the hot air exiting the compressor, you can heat rooms when necessary or vent the hot air outside via a thermostat in line with seasonal changes. This ensures savings on heating and natural gas.
- 80% of the compressor’s total energy consumption can be recovered.
What is VSD technology?
- In some industrial facilities, the demand for compressed air is variable.
- Under such conditions, our compressors automatically adjust the compressor’s operating speed to match air production to real-time demand, saving a significant amount of energy
- A traditional fixed-speed air compressor can only operate at full power. Fixed-speed compressors consume a lot of energy when less air is required, and some of that energy is wasted.
Why DALGAKIRAN VSD?
- As the VSD compressor operates only as needed, this reduces electricity costs.
- No unloading is required, saving time and energy.
- The air pressure in the system is more stable and lower, minimising energy consumption and air leakage.
- The motor and inverter are specially designed to ensure maximum efficiency.
- The motors have been successfully tested under the most severe conditions, such as high temperatures and high pressure.
- Variable-speed compressors vibrate less than other models available on the market.
Intake system:
- Air circulation within the housing with negative pressure and a sealed panel design
- Inflow of cooler air due to the remote location of the intake point from the area where heating elements are situated

Air and oil separator:
- High-efficiency separator elements maintain low oil content in the discharge air (1–3 mg/m³) to ensure high-quality compressed air
