Payment by bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is made after placing an order. The manager sends you an invoice by e-mail or in a convenient messenger. It can be paid through online banking systems or at a bank branch.

Payment by credit card

On our website, you can pay online to your current account using the WayForPay service. You can pay for the goods with your Visa or MasterCard payment card.

Delivery

Shipment of goods from the warehouse of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC is carried out within 1-3 business days after the moment of payment. If you wish, you can pick up the paid goods at the warehouse or order delivery by Nova Poshta after confirmation by the manager.

Returns and exchanges

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection“, the buyer has the right to return goods of inadequate quality within 14 days. The return or exchange of goods is subject to their unused condition, preservation of their presentation and integrity of the original packaging.

• We refund the money for prepaid goods in 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the card or account from which the goods were paid.
• If a contract was concluded when the goods were sold, the funds are returned in accordance with the terms agreed in the contract.

To return the product or exchange it, you must present it:

• A document confirming the purchase of goods (receipt, invoice, act);
• Passport or other identity document;
• A duly completed warranty card;
• Agreement (if any);
• Bank card details (for a refund if the purchase was paid from it).
